UK Samsung i8910 Locked to Orange.
I ordered late on 21/09/2009 and recieved the code on 26/09/2009.
At first i had my doubs though these guys are the real deal, aswell as an unlock code, i received a 'release' code which unblocks the phone from multiple incorrect code entries.
The ONLY negative i can comment on is the customer service on one occasion where i could not get in contact through any means - though i tried it the day after and got though fine!
Overall, i am a happy chappy!

Had to wait 5 days for it, even though order tracking said it would be 8 hours. |

| Having just bought a samsung i8910hd, it was locked to orange and i wanted totally unlocked to sell on ebay. on the high street it was going to cost me £35 to have it cable unlocked, after searching the net i found this site. Being warey, i paid not thinking any codes would come back, but in-deed they did and now with the sim restriction turned off, i can now use it on any network. As before the phone unlockers have proved themselves yet again. I have used this service twice now & have not been let down. Clean, simple to understand & a professional service.
Small suggestion: Perhaps a better & more competitive price will be welcome (note: there is a small discount for returning customers)
In my opinion, the cost of unlocking a phone is still expensive for a website.
All said & done, this is still a very good, professional website & I would encourage others to use the service provided for a charge.

To all reading this, I can confirm that this site (thephoneunlockers.com) offers a good & professional service.
The website is easy on the eye, simple to follow instructions (drop down menus etc...) & kept you informed during the process (emails).
I placed my order at 7:40am & received my unlocking code at 4pm the same day.
The instructions were easy to follow & worked.
I would recommend this website to other users & would consider using it again in the future. However a discount for returning customers would be desirable.
Any chance of a discount for returning customers, Phone Lockers?
